1. What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The entrance is equipped with an electronic lock.
Personal code for access will be emailed 24 hours before check-in.

In order to arrive outside these hours, it is necessary to communicate this in advance.

2. What time is the check-out?

Check out is from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

For departures outside these times it is necessary to communicate this in advance.

With notice, if possible, luggage is checked until departure.

3. Is the reception open 24 hours a day?

The maison de charme is a private family-run property so it offers reduced reception hours throughout the day.

From 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

4. What language do they speak in Reception?

Italian, English, French and Spanish

5. Do you shuttle from the station?

No, but Ivrea City Taxi Service is available with stop outside the station

6. Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is not allowed throughout the property.

7. Do rooms have access and services for disabled people?

No. We do not have lifts and disabled access. We are very sorry, but architecturally we can not add an elevator.

8. Are pets allowed?

No. We had to make this choice.

9. Do the rooms have a hairdryer, fridge and universal adapters?

All our rooms have the hairdryer, the fridge bar and the European elector outlets plus schuko adapters.

10. Do you provide full pension?

We have an agreement with The San Maurizio inn a short walk from the structure with which you can define an ad hoc menu.

11. Do you provide laundry?

There is a fast laundry service, outside the property, contracted with the maison de charme.
