The maison de charme offers free telephone in all rooms for calls to national landlines and cell phones.
A quick laundry service is available, outside the facility, which has an agreement with the maison de charme.
The rooms are not wheelchair accessible as they are all on the floors and the structure of the house does not allow the insertion of an elevator.

Outside reception hours, the facility is equipped with electronic code locks, so you can manage your own entry and exit.
Cash, credit card or ATM payments are accepted.
The property reserves the right to request a deposit to be paid at the confirmation of the stay.
Room prices vary at fairs and events, depending on the seasonality and length of stay.
For extended stays, special rates can be taken advantage of; In this case it is preferable to contact the maison de charme directly.
The residence fee is not included in the accommodation rate.
At check-in you will be handed the room keys and access codes from outside, which you can always keep with you so that you do not have time constraints.
You will be responsible for the keys handed over and in case of loss you will be asked for a penalty for reimbursement of 20.00 euros.
The maison de charme offers reduced reception hours throughout the day.
7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The entrance is equipped with an electronic lock. Personal code for access will be emailed 24 hours before check-in.
If your arrival is outside these times you must notify us.
With notice, if possible, luggage is checked until departure.
Access is not allowed to animals.
Smoking is not allowed throughout the property.
Any cancellations must be disclosed within 7 days of the scheduled day of arrival, otherwise the deposit paid will be withheld.
