IVREA HISTORIC CITY
Ivrea is located in the center of Canavese and is a very attractive tourist destination.
Its multimillennial history gives the entire Canavese area numerous sites of historical and archaeological importance.
The history of the city begins in 100 BC. with the establishment of Roman garrisons to defend the Gallic Way, which connects the Canavese to the mouth of the Aosta Valley.
